These posters may not be the neatest, but they are the foundation of our work at Owen, our work toward school improvement. As a member of our ILT, (Instructional Leadership Team), our discussions led to identifying needs within our building, what structures/programs/resources we have in place to address it, what is lacking, and how we can move forward to make progress toward improvement.
The school improvement process is ongoing and requires the commitment and collaboration of all staff.
